Service and Support

All Pilot websites receive ongoing support for as long as you host your website with us. What that means is that if for some reason you have an issue with your site functionality or if need assistance updating content on your website we will be available to assist you.

We strongly support and continually work on improving our website solution. Our website CMS website software is not an open source product, it is proprietary software. Pilot does not allow outside programming or development within our content management framework. We are a stand alone solution, and for that reason our code is far less likely to be targeted by potential hackers. Content management systems such as Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla are open-source content management systems, which are very powerful, but they are bulky, sometimes difficult to use and are far more likely to be targeted by potential hackers. We stand behind our product and if there is any issue with the functionality of your site we will fix it for you for as long as you have your website with Pilot. 

On-going Site Content Support

All our Pilot websites include easy-to-use admin tools which make it easy for our customers to add or edit content. However if you are in need of assistance in making a change, we are always available to walk you through it. If you simply don't have time to make regular site updates you may want to consider upgrading to our Level II support solution, which is still very affordable. If you are interested in finding our more about our level II support solution please let us know. .
